PharmaScript and its team members will play an active and critical role in helping your facility overcome and meet the challenges that come with long term care.
Our Pharmacists provide drug regimen reviews for each resident on a monthly basis, evaluating for drug to drug interactions, drug to food interactions, and appropriateness of dosing and disease state management. The Pharmacist will help coordinate resident care with the physicians and your staff to improve patient outcomes. The goal of this team approach is to improve residents' quality of life and decrease hospital admissions.
Our Pharmacists and team members will also provide training services to all current and new staff members of your facility when needed.
