The team members at PharmaScript will oversee and implement all facets of the transition process to make the transfer to our pharmacy simple, quick, and efficient. The entire process will be preformed by our team including but not limited to: medical record transfer, communication with residents' families, consulting and training your staff, and communication with doctors.
